Musical Director - Lesley Carson

The driving force behind Heartbeat's success comes from the creative inspiration of Heartbeat's Musical Director, Lesley Carson, who has the unenviable task of keeping her 45 ladies in order!

Lesley, herself an acappella quartet gold medallist, formed Heartbeat in 1997, beginning with just 6 members.

Her experience expands over 23 years, previously enjoying great success with Barbershop Ladies Chorus's, the Chesire Chord Company and the Liberty Belles and gold medal winning quartet Montage.
